Yes, you saved your life or the life of your family, there will be a criminal investigation, possible wrongful prosecution and a civil litigation by the suspect’s family. Thousands of court cases have demonstrated that even justified shootings may face legal expenses that can exceed $125,000. Being cleared in a criminal court doesn’t mean you will be cleared in a civil trial. You need to have a plan in place that affords you protection in both cases.
INCLUDED IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Every Ozark Outfitters Membership Level includes the USCCA (United States Concealed Carry Association) Membership with Elite Benefits (presented by Delta Defense). You can customize your Ozark Outfitters Membership by selecting which level of discount you want for your Ozark Outfitters Training.
What if I am already a USCCA Member?
If you are an existing USCCA member, it is no problem. Just sign up for an Ozark Outfitters Membership though our website, and your USCCA membership automatically rolls over to an Ozark Outfitters Membership. It’s easy, seamless, and you will not be double billed. Your USCCA Membership will remain active, and all benefits will remain available to you during the transition. USCCA will automatically reimburse any money due to you within 2 to 3 weeks. There is no need to call the USCCA to cancel. Please be aware that you may receive an automated email from USCCA stating your membership has been canceled. Please do not be alarmed. Your USCCA number will not change and you will get to keep the training you have completed through their website. You will receive a new member card in the mail. The USCCA has a friendly team that is able to assist with any questions or concerns 24/7. Just give them a call at 800-674-9779.
Why are we offering our membership packages at such a discounted price?
After training thousands of students, it is reasonable to believe that some of them may be involved in a critical incident. This could be anything from active shooter event to a home invasion or to a burglary gone wrong. We feel it’s our responsibility to offer you exceptional training and provide you a resource for the possible aftermath of any self-defense incident.
What to expect when becoming an Ozark Outfitters Member?
- You will receive an email within an hour from Ozark Outfitters confirming your purchase.
- If you are a current USCCA member, be aware that you may receive an automated email from USCCA stating your membership has been canceled. Please do not be alarmed.
- You will receive an email from the USCCA within 72 hours confirming enrollment into their Membership. Your monthly fees to Ozark Outfitters will pay the monthly premium for your USCCA membership.
- Monthly fees will be billed directly to the credit card of your choice.
- Standard, Premium, and Deluxe memberships are 12-month commitments. Upgrades, downgrades or cancellations can only be made two weeks prior to your renewal date.
- If you choose to renew your membership, then no action is required on your part. Your membership will auto-renew.

Reschedule / Cancellation Policy
If the student is requesting to reschedule the training date, please send a request to sa***@*************rs.com or call us at (573) 378- 6303 and all reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.
If a course is cancelled or postponed by Ozark Outfitters, you will be offered a refund or transferred into a rescheduled course.
Ozark Outfitters Memberships
USCCA Membership / Ozark Outfitters
USCCA Membership with Elite Benefits (presented by Delta Defense) is an added benefit of your Ozark Outfitters Membership. You will receive an email confirmation when your USCCA Membership is activated. USCCA Membership begins no later than the following week following your signup for Ozark Outfitters Membership and continues for the duration of your Ozark Outfitters Membership. Ozark Outfitters will share your personal information, including first and last name, address, phone number and email with the USCCA. You agree that your personal information will be subject to the terms and conditions of the USCCA Privacy Policy (www.uscca.com/privacy-policy) and that you will abide by the USCCA Membership Agreement (www.usccamemberterms.com). All questions regarding your USCCA Membership should be directed to USCCA Customer Engagement at 844-698-7222. Upon cancellation of your Ozark Outfitters Membership, your USCCA Membership will be canceled. A USCCA Membership cancellation notice shall be provided to you via email by the USCCA.
Ozark Outfitters Member Enrollment
Ozark Outfitters will strive to communicate and/or upload all new members to the USCCA within 72 hours, but reserves the right to use up to 5 business days. Your USCCA Membership and coverage begins at the moment of your Ozark Outfitters Membership purchase.
Ozark Outfitters Training Courses for Members
Ozark Outfitters is a firearms training company. Members are to book their classes through Ozarkouftiffers.com, but they are not guaranteed a spot in their desired training course. For safety reasons and logistics, our training courses do have capacity limits. When a course is sold to full capacity, no one, including Ozark Outfitters Members, will be able to enroll in that particular course. Course offerings, dates, prices and training locations are at the sole discretion of Ozark Outfitters.
Ozark Outfitter’s Membership Cancellation / Upgrade / Downgrade Policy
Ozark Outfitters Standard, Premium, and Deluxe Memberships are a revolving 12-month commitment from your membership enrollment date. Upgrades, downgrades or cancellations can only be made two weeks prior to your renewal date without penalty.
How to Cancel or Upgrade or Downgrade Memberships
A cancellation request must be made either within 14 days prior to your renewal date. Standard, Premium, and Deluxe memberships renew every 12 months. In order to cancel, the member should send an email, including their full name and USCCA member number, to sa***@*************rs.com requesting cancellation. If a customer requests to cancel their membership before their renewal date, the member will be required to pay the balance owed between the date of request and their renewal date.
Customers may only upgrade or downgrade their membership during the same renewal dates listed above. This upgrade or downgrade must be made 14 days before their respective renewal date.
Ozark Outfitters Benefits for Members
Ozark Outfitters member benefits cannot be redeemed for monetary value or transferred to another person. Ozark Outfitters benefits are for the Member only with the exception of any special promotions or events offered by Ozark Outfitters to its members. In-store membership benefits cannot be combined with any special promotions offered by Ozark Outfitters. The active Member is entitled to Ozark Outfitters benefits for as long as Ozark Outfitters is in operation.
Ozark Outfitters Rights
Ozark Outfitters reserves the right to remove a Member from its membership for any reason it deems necessary to include but not limited to customers attempting to allow others to use their member benefits by sharing their “member in store benefits.” Any changes or modification to benefits will be communicated in advance through email and updated on OzarkOutfitters.com.
Online Payment Security Policy
Ozark Outfitters conducts online credit card transactions through RangeWorks. The checkout process is secured by military grade encryption.
Customer Information / Privacy Policy
Customer information will never be sold.
Any customer information, training records or documents retained by Ozark Outfitters will be secured and only accessed by authorized individuals.
Customer contact information may be used by Ozark Outfitters for direct communication with that customer.
Please understand that during training your image may be captured by still or video photography. If you do not wish for your image to be captured for the purposes of advertising or marketing please notify Ozark Outfitters staff prior to training. Ozark Outfitters will respect and ensure your privacy and anonymity.
